BACON/MUSHROOM BITES
FROM A GOOD FRIEND, DONNA ANDERSON, MIRA MESA, CA.

1 LOAF FIRM WHITE BREAD

1 PACKAGE OF BACON (NOT THICK STYLE)

1 CAN MUSHROOM SOUP

 

 

 

OVEN 375o
REMOVE CRUSTS FROM BREAD.
CUT EACH SLICE INTO FOUR SQUARES.
SPREAD EACH SQUARE WITH MUSHROOM SOUP.
LAY OUT A SLICE OF BACON AND CUT IN HALF THEN CUT THESE IN HALF SO YOU HAVE FOUR PIECES.
WRAP A PIECE OF BACON AROUND A SQUARE OF BREAD. IT WILL HOLD TOGETHER.
LAY OUT ON BAKING SHEET.
BAKE FOR 20 MINUTES UNTIL TOASTED.
