11 OZ.CRUMBLED FETA CHEESE (1/2 FETA WITH GARLIC AND SPICES AND 1/2 PLAIN FETA)
8 OZ. CREAM CHEESE
1 TSP. GARLIC SALT

6 DICED ROMA TOMATOES
1- 2 OZ. PACKAGE OF FRESH BASI, CHOPPED.

1/2 C. TOASTED PINE NUTS
1-1/2 T. OLIVE OIL

SLICED BAGUETTE

 

OVEN: 375

MIX CHEESES TOGETHER WITH GARLIC SALT.

IN ANOTHER BOWL, MIX TOGETHER, TOMATOES, BASIL, PINE NUTS AND ENOUGH OLIVE OIL TO BIND IT TOGETHER.

ARRANGE CHEESE MIXTURE IN BAKING DISH.

SPREAD TOMATO MIXTURE AROUND THE EDGES.

BAKE FOR 20 MINUTES.

BROIL FOR A FEW MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.

SERVE WITH BAGUETTE.
