CHICKEN LIVERS FOR TWO

10 SMALL CHICKEN LIVERS

MELTED BUTTER

4 SLICES OF BACON


 

 

 

BRUSH THE CHICKEN LIVERS WITH BUTTER AND BROIL ON BOTH SIDES UNTIL PARTIALLY COOKED.

SET ASIDE.

PUT 4 SLICES OF BACON IN A SMALL POT OF BOILING WATER AND COOK FOR TWO MINUTES.

CUT THE BACON INTO THIRDS.

ON TWO SKEWERS, THREAD A PIECE OF BACON AND A CHICKEN LIVER UNTIL ALL ARE USED.

BROIL, TURNING FREQUENTLY UNTIL EVENLY BROWNED.
