APPLE DESSERT
(Serves 4-6)

PART 1:
4 MEDIUM TART, SLICED APPLES
1/2 C. SUGAR
1/2 TSP. CINNAMON
1/2 C. CHOPPED PECANS

PART 2:
2 BEATEN EGGS
1/2 C. SUGAR
1 C. FLOUR
1/2 C. MELTED BUTTER

 

 

OVEN: 300o

PART 1:
MIX TOGETHER:
SUGAR, CINNAMON AND PECANS.

LAY APPLE SLICES IN 9" PIE PAN.

.SPRINKLE WITH SUGAR MIX.

PART 2:
COMBINE EGGS, SUGAR, FLOUR AND BUTTER. MIX WELL.

POUR OVER APPLES.

BAKE 1 HOUR AND 15 MINUTES.

SERVE WARM.
