CHOCOLATE SAUCE
(Lovely for ice cream)
2 SQUARES OF BITTER CHOCOLATE
2 T. BUTTER

2/3 C. SUGAR
1/2 C. EVAPORATED MILK
1 TSP. VANILLA
1/4 C. SHERRY

 

MELT CHOCOLATE AND BUTTER OVER LOW HEAT.

STIR IN SUGAR AND MILK

COOK UNTIL SUGAR DISSOLVESAND SAUCE IS THICKENED.

ADD VANILLA AND SHERRY.
