THESE IS PEANUT BUTTER CUPS
(Makes 3 doz.)

1 PACKAGE VERY SMALL FOIL CUPS (ONE INCH ROUND)

1/2 C. CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER

1/3 C. DARK CORN SYRUP

1/2 TSP. VANILLA

1 C. CONFECTIONER'S SUGAR

1 12 OZ. PACKAGE OF SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE MORSELS

 


STIR TOGETHER PEANUT BUTTER, CORN SYRUP AND VANILLA.
STIR IN CONFECTIONER'S SUGAR GRADUALLY
TURN ONTO BOARD AND KNEAD SMOOTH.
FLATTEN TO 1/2 INCH AND WITH SMALL COOKIE CUTTER, CUT 1 INCH ROUNDS.
MELT THE PACK OF CHOCOLATE MORSELS IN MICROWAVE OR DOUBLE BOILER.
PUT 1/2 TSP. OF CHOCOLATE INTO A CUP, PLACE A PEANUT BUTTER ROUND ON TOP, PRESSING DOWN TO COAT SIDES, AND COVER TOP WITH 1/2 TEASPOON MORE OF CHOCOLATE.
REFRIGERATE UNTIL SET.
