1/4 C. MELTED BUTTER
3 T. DIJON MUSTARD
1-1/2 T. HONEY
1/4 C. DRY BREAD CRUMBS
1/4 C. FINELY CHOPPED PECANS
4 TSP. CHOPPED FRESH PARSLEY
4 FILLETS OF SALMON
SALT AND PEPPER

 

 

OVEN 400o
IN SMALL BOWL STIR TOGETHER
BUTTER, MUSTARD AND HONEY.
SET ASIDE.
IN ANOTHER BOWL MIX TOGETHER:
BREAD CRUMBS, PECANS AND PARSLEY.
LAY FILLETS ON A FLAT, LIGHTLY GREASED, BAKING PAN.
BRUSH EACH FILLET WITH HONEY MUSTARD MIXTURE.
SPRINKLE THE CRUMB/PECAN MIXTURE OVER ALL.
BAKE SALMON UNTIL IT FLAKES EASILY. 10 TO 15 MINUTES.
SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
