1-1/2 T. DIJON MUSTARD

1 T. BALSAMIC VINEGAR

1/4 TSP. GARLIC SALT

 

 



MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A SMALL BOWL.

RUB INTO THE FISH, ENCLOSE IN A PLASTIC BAG AND MARINATE FOR AT LEAST 1 HOUR, REFRIGERATED.S.

BAKE AT 400o FOR 12 TO 15 MINUTES.

(GOOD ON ANY FRESH FISH)
