SALMON LONE RANGER

(Salmon with mayonnaise mask)


2 SALMON STEAKS

½ C. MAYONNAISE

2 T. LEMON JUICE

1 EGG SEPARATED


 

 

 

Broiil salmon, 2 inches from flame and approximately 2 minutes each side.

Mix mayo, lemon and egg yolk together.  Beat egg whites
fluffy and fold into mayo mix. 

Spread on salmon, broil 2 minutes
until brown.
