BREAD CRUMBS FROM A BOX OF TOP
OF THE STOVE STUFFING.
(Don't use the seasoning that comes with it.)
¼ C. MELTED BUTTER
Heat oil in skillet to hot but not smoking. Brown chops
on both sides. Place in casserole baking dish.
Blend wine, soup and parsley and pour over chops.
Top with cheese strips and then bread crumbs.
Drizzle with butter.
Bake 350o for 40 minutes.
