CHICKEN SAFFLOWER

IN 1 T. BOILING WATER ADD LARGISH PINCH OF SAFFLOWER.SET ASIDE.

1 CHICKEN BREAST, SKINNED AND BONED.

2 T. BUTTER

3 GARLIC CLOVES, MASHED

1 T. LEMON JUICE

¼ TSP. FENNEL SEEDS

1 DICED TOMATO

S&P

 

 

MELT BUTTER, ADD GARLIC AND CHICKEN BREAST. COOK UNTIL GOLDEN.STIR IN LEMON, FENNEL, TOMATOES AND SAFFLOWER SOLUTION.

ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

SPOON SAUCE OVER CHICKEN.

COVER SKILLET AND COOK LOW FOR 20 MINUTES UNTIL CHICKEN IS DONE.

SERVE OVER RICE OR THIN NOODLES.
