(Serves 4-5)
THIS IS FROM JANICE, IN PENASQUITOS, GREAT FRIEND AND COOK.

1 TO 1-1/2 LBS COOKED, CHOPPED CHICKEN
2 T. CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER
1 T. FINELY CHOPPED ONION
1 CHOPPED STALK OF CELERY
1/8 TSP. WHITE PEPPER

1 C. MAYONNAISE (REAL )
1/4 C. CHILI SAUCE
(DEL MONTE)
1/2 C. SOUR CREAM

 

 



MIX TOGETHER THE MAYONNAISE, CHILI SAUCE AND SOURCREAM.

COMBINE WITH CHICKEN, VEGETABLES SALT AND PEPPER.

SERVE ON GREENS OR SPREAD ON CRACKERS.
