1/2 C. PARMESAN CHEESE
1/3 C. SESAME SEEDS
1/2 C. PARSLEY FLAKES
1 T. DRY THYME LEAVES
1 TSP. SALT
PEPPER
6 CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS

2-1/2 T. OIL
2-1/2 T. BUTTER

2 EGGS, BEATEN WITH
1 T. MILK

 

MIX TOGETHER EVEYTHING DOWN TO AND INCLUDING PEPPER.

ON COOKIE SHEET MELT OIL AND SHORTENING IN 400o OVEN

DIP DRUMSTICKS IN MILK/EGGS MIXTURE, ROLL IN DRY CRUMBS.

ROLL IN OIL/BUTTER ON COOKIE SHEET AND BAKE 1 HOUR TURNING ONCE.
