4 SKINLESS HALF BREASTS OR 9-10 CHICKEN TENDERS STRIPS, POUNDED TO UNIFORM THICKNESS
BETWEEN SHEETS OF FILM.
1 TSP. SALT
GRINDING OF PEPPER
2 T. LOW-FAT MAYONNAISE

COMBINE CRUMBS, CHEESE, PARSLEY AND LEMON IN SMALL, FLAT BOWL. MIX WITH FINGERS TO EVENLY DISTRIBUTE ZEST.
SPRINKLE CHICKEN WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
SPREAD BOTH SIDES WITH MAYONNAISE.
PRESS BOTH SIDES OF BREASTS IN CRUMB MIXTURE. COAT LIBERALLY.
PLACE ON PAM-SPRAYED BAKING PAN.
SPRAY BREASTS WITH A LITTLE PAM.
BAKE 20 TO 25 MINUTES
DO NOT TURN.
