SWEET AND HOT CHICKEN
(Serves 4-6)

1/2 C. BUTTER
1 LG CLOVE MINCED GARLIC
1/2 C. RED CURRANT JELLY
1 T.. DIJON MUSTARD
1 C. ORANGE JUICE
1 TSP. GINGER
3 DASHES OF TABASCO
1 CHICKEN

 

 


COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS DOWN TO AND INCLUDING TABASCO.

PLACE CHICKEN IN BAKING DISH.

POUR SAUCE OVER THE CHICKEN.

ALLOW TO SIT FOR 3 TO 4 HOURS.

COOK AT 350o COVERED FOR 1 HOUR.

UNCOVER AND TURN OVEN TO 400o.

BASTE UNTIL CHICKEN IS BROWN. (30 TO 35 MINUTES)
