(serves 4)


2 T. BUTTER

1/8 TSP. CURRY

3 C. COOKED RICE

 


 

1/3 C. CHOPPED PARSLEY

1 TSP. SALT

¼ C. CHOPPED TOASTED PINE NUTS

Melt butter in skillet and add the rest of the ingredients.  Blend together until hot.
