2 GOLDEN DELICIOUS APPLES, HALVED, CORED, PEELED IF DESIRED AND CUT INTO THIN WEDGES.
1-1/2 C. CRUMBLED BLEU CHEESE (MORE OF LESS IS UP TO YOU.)
2/3 C. CHOPPED, TOASTED WALNUTS, PECANS OR HAZELNUTS

VINAIGRETTE

1/2 C.BOTTLED UNSWEETENED APPLE SAUCE (NOT CHUNKY)
1/3 C. OLIVE OIL
1/4 C. CIDER VINEGAR
3 THINLY SLICED MEDIUM GREEN ONIONS

1 .T. DIJON MUSTARD

 

PLACE SALAD IN LARGE CHILLED BOWL.

PROCESS VINAIGRETTE INGREDIENTS IN BLENDER OR FOOD PROCESSOR UNTIL SMOOTH.

(OR USING A WIRE WHIP, ADD OIL GRADUALLY TO THE OTHER INGREDIENTS, WHIPPING WELL AFTER EACH ADDITION.)

SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING.

POUR OVER SALAD AND TOSS.
