BALSAMIC HONEY DRESSING
(Enough for a large salad)
FROM MY GOOD FRIEND SUSAN OF PENASQUITOS, SAN DIEGO

1/4 C. BALSAMIC VINEGAR
1/8 C. HONEY
3 T. WATER
3 CRUSHED CLOVES OF GARLIC
1/2 C. OLIVE OIL
1/3 PKG. HIDDEN VALLEY RANCH DRESSING

 

 

 

 

MIX WELL AND REFRIGERATE.

BE SURE TO TAKE OUT SOON ENOUGH BEFORE USE FOR OLIVE OIL TO WARM UP.

SHAKE WELL BEFORE POURING OVER SALAD GREENS.
