CRANBERRY JELLO MOLD
(Serves 4-6)
FROM MY FRIEND JOAN IN PENASQUITOS.

1 PKGE STANDARD SIZE RASBERRY JELLO

1 C. BOILING WATER
1 SMALL CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE, DRAINED(SAVE JUICE)
1/4 C. NUTS (PECANS OR WALNUTS)
1 SMALL NAVAL ORANGE, SEPARATED INTO SEGMENTS
1 CAN WHOLE CRANBERRY SAUCE

 

 

 

DISSOLVE JELLO INTO BOILING WATER MIXING VERY, VERY WELL.

USE PINEAPPLE JUICE AND ENOUGH WATER TO MAKE 1/2 C.

ADD TO JELLO AND MIX WELL.

ADD ALL THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS.

CHILL UNTIL SET.

YOU CAN USE A MOLD BUT JOAN PREFERS A NICE BOWL TO SERVE IT AS A RELISH.
