½ C. CRANBERRIES-DRIED

½ C. CRUMBLED BLUE CHEESE

2 TOMATOES CHOPPED

1 AVACADO CHOPPED

½ RED ONION, SLICED THINLY

 

 

DRESSING

2 T RED RASPBERRY JAM WITH SEEDS

2 T RED WINE VINEGAR.

1/3 C. SALAD OIL

PEPPER AND SALT

MIX SALAD INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND TOSS WITH DRESSING.
