AND COOK A LITTLE. ADD PAPRIKA AND NUTMEG.
BEAT THE EGG YOLKS WITH THE CREAM AND SLOWLY ADD TO THE CRAB MIX.
COOK ON LOW TO THICK, SHINY BUBBLES. DO NOT BOIL HARD. ADD:. SALT
AND A FEW GRINDINGS OF PEPPER.
(TASTE TEST FOR SALT.)
SERVE ON TOAST POINTS OR PUFFED PASTRY SHELLS.
(THIS IS A GOOD TIME TO BAKE AN ANGEL FOOD
CAKE WITH THE EGG WHITES.
