LIMAS WITH  SQUASH
 
Prepare frozen limas (10 oz. box) per directions.

2 CHOPPED ONIONS

1 TSP. OIL & 1 TSP. BUTTER

4 YELLOW SQUASH (CROOKNECK)

3 SPRIGS FRESH THYME

2 TSP. CHOPPED DILL

 

 


2 C. CHOPPED FRESH TOMATO

JUICE OF 1 LEMON

½ C. FETA CHEESE

BLACK PEPPER

Saute onions until soft, add squash, thyme, dill and tomatoes.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes.  Drain limas add along with lemon juice
And feta cheese.
